About Me
My Approach
I believe we are like seeds that need the right conditions to grow tall and strong. It might be you've got stuck in the shade, your conditions are cruel or you are hungry and tried.
My desire is to help you reassess what you need and explore the pain of what's gone wrong so you can grow fully into the person that you want to be.
The conditions I offer you are a safe place, with no judgement, empathy and lots of respect.
My Story
Before becoming a Counsellor I was a Youth Worker and performing artist. I came into counselling as I felt the people I journeyed with needed more than I could offer at that time.

Since qualifying in 2009 I have worked for Bradford Bereavement Support, Bradford Cancer Support, Bradford University, High Schools, Primary Schools, Young People’s Health Project, NHS Family Action, Leeds Beckett, Northorpe Hall to name but a few.
I am now in Private Practice and love working with a variety of clients. When I'm not working I'm walking my dog and enjoying tea and cakes in local cafes or getting my craft on with some new idea!
I am an accredited and registered member of BACP and have Insurance

Mo is a Toy Poodle puppy and he is in training to be a therapy dog. He has met many of my current clients already and he usually curls up on their knee and enjoys being stroked. Please ask if you want some Mo time but just understand he's not working as an official therapy dog yet!
